I'm pretending like it's already spring in L.A. with this crop top and high waisted skirt combo.  Since it's still pretty cold in the city, I threw on my favorite gold cardigan to keep warm while the sun was still up.  If it was summer time, I would have worn flats with no cardigan and a crossbody bag to make the whole look more light and comfortable.
