Favorite High Waisted Jeans:




Is anyone else obsessed with high waisted jeans?!  They have finally made a comeback and I couldn't be more excited about it.  I love that they can help suck you in and look cute all year long.  I wanted to break down my favorite styles and colors of jeans for the upcoming spring and summer season for you all today!

I think a little variety is great way to curate your jean collection and helps you wear your jeans with so many different outfits throughout the entire year.  For my staples, I love having a white and black pair, light blue denim, dark blue denim and a distressed pair.  If you want create an extensive jean collection, grey, olive and maroon colored jeans are other favorite staple colors of mine.  I also really love all the embroidery on jeans that we've been seeing lately!  It's so fun and perfect for spring and summer to have butterflies, flowers and sequins embroidered on your jeans.

High waisted jeans really are my favorite because I can easily wear them with short and long sleeve tees and sweaters with a front tuck, but I can also wear them with crop tops and still feel comfortable with my outfit!  I really love the crop top trend, but I feel a little uncomfortable when I have too much skin or my belly button showing.  High waisted jeans give me the option of a crop top without showing too much skin or my belly button!  You can see some of my favorite ways I've styled high waisted jeans above and below!


You can easily pair high waisted jeans with a blouse and high heels for a date night or thigh high boots and a crop top for a fun and causal day outfit.  For spring and summer, I am planning on wearing my jeans with lace bodysuits too!  Bodysuits have quickly become another one of my favorite trends at the moment.  The possibilities are really endless!
