Happy first of November friends!  I always get so excited for new months to start.  It feels like a fresh start to work on my goals and focus on new achievements.  I have so much planned for this month and can't wait to get started on it all.  One of my big goals is to read a novel this month.  I love reading but tend to put it on the back burner, so I really want to focus on reading a little each day this month. 


We went downtown the other day to walk around and hang out and I wore this perfect pink dress from NewChic!  It is so comfortable and I love that it's casual but dressy at the same time.  You could easily dress it up way more than I did with heels and a cocktail bag, but since we were walking around all day, I wore these floral flats and my new favorite basket bag which I think complemented it perfectly.


I'm already getting in the Christmas spirit and ordering new Christmas decorations for the house and getting out our Christmas mugs and plates!  I love this time of the year so much and am so excited it's finally starting to feel like fall/winter here in Savannah.  Lilly is really excited for Christmas too and is asking when we can put the tree up this year!  I'm thinking we may put it up in the next two weeks and just enjoy it a little longer this year. :)
