If you all have been following me for any amount of time then you know how much I love going out to Joshua Tree.  It is so incredibly beautiful and relaxing there.  I remember the first time I went I was sort of low key freaking out that there was no cell service there (ridiculous I know!) but now its grown to be one of the things I love about going.  It's so nice to unplug and just enjoy what's around you in the moment without even having the urge to look at your phone.


On the way out of Joshua Tree last time, we stopped to enjoy the Cholla Cactus garden.  It was sunset and honestly couldn't have been anymore gorgeous to witness.  The cactus' look so fluffy and pretty but I've heard they actually hurt pretty bad if you touch them!!  Lilly loved them too and we took a bunch of videos for her to remember.  


We always try to go out to Joshua Tree before it gets too hot, and the weather was just perfect when we went last time.  It was windy and just a little warm so I wore my favorite white pointy toe booties and this really fun and comfy floral swing dress.  This dress is incredibly comfortable and I love the self tie on the shoulder.
