I know I'm not the only mom who can't seem to find any time to myself, let alone to go work out.  I'm almost always with Lilly so it's very difficult for me to get alone time to go to the gym.  Plus, if I went to the gym that would mean I would have to pay for a gym membership and that's just not something I'm willing to do right now.  

I remember in college I took a yoga class as one of my physical fitness requirements and I fell in love.  In fact, I did yoga daily for almost two years until I graduated and then life took over and I couldn't seem to find or make the time to continue it.  

Ever since Lilly was born, I haven't worked out or focused much on my physical fitness, but that's something I am really trying to change.  As I'm getting older, I'm really trying to put effort into being the healthiest version of myself I can be! 

I'm getting back into yoga using Namaste TV.  I love it because you can buy actual DVDs or download yoga sessions onto your computer.  This makes it a lot easier for me to work out, especially with Lilly because I can just pull out my computer during nap time and get some yoga in.  I'm hoping to see some results soon, but I've already started feeling better and more fit!
