I have been on such a neutral kick lately.  I swear I can't pass up a white, black or blue dress these days.  Be prepared to see a lot of that this summer! 

This white dress from the Who What Wear collection at Target is seriously the cutest thing ever!  I love the sleeves and crotchet detailing at the top.  This dress is perfect for a casual day walking around town or a date night.  It comes in black too and is under $35!  You've gotta get one!
