If you have been to Joshua Tree then you know just how beautiful and magical is it in real life.  It is definitely one of my favorite places I have ever visited!  The first time I went we didn't have time to make it to Skull Rock, so I had to make time for it on my last trip out there and I'm so glad I did!  Me and Lilly had a blast climbing on the rocks there and admiring all the beauty around us. 


I thought it was going to be a little cooler than it actually was so I ended up pushing up the long sleeves on my denim dress and loved the look!  This dress is perfect year round because you can rock it in the winter with a faux fur vest or leather jacket and over the knee boots or during the spring with heels or sandals and a sun hat.  I typically like to keep a long sleeve and a sleeveless denim dress in my wardrobe because they are so versatile year round!


I also finally tried out the clear aviator trend and actually really loved it!  What do you all think!?  I think they are so fun and give your look a little something extra, especially for times when I'm not wearing a hat.


I'm also super obsessed with these studded combat booties!  I feel like such a bad ass whenever I wear them and they give my outfit a little edge.  Back in grad school, I had combat boots in almost every color and wore them all the time.  So combat boots will always be a staple in my wardrobe!  They would look super cute with dark denim and a leather jacket too!
