Outfit Details:

If I was getting ready for Valentine's Day with my non-existent man, I would opt for either a red/pink dress with black accessories or an all black look like I'm doing here.  I think an all black look is so flattering on everyone and even romantic with a pop of red on the lip.  This scallop trim dress is so incredibly comfortable and fits TTS with a little give in all the right places.  It could easily be dressed up like I did here or dressed down with espadrilles, a summer bag and neutral lip.  It would even look cute with a colorful blazer or sweater and booties in the winter time.

Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays and always has been regardless if I am in a relationship that year or not.  I encourage you to be happy and enjoy the holiday regardless if you are single, in a relationship, married or divorced.  I love having a holiday that celebrates love.  I celebrate every year all the love I have for my friends, family and now Lilly!  She is going to be my Valentine this year and we are both so excited!  I have a bunch of cute DIY projects for us to do together and fun Valentine's Day decorations for the house.

For a romantic night out, I always opt for heels.  I'm only 5'1" so I wear heels alllll the time in real life.  These black lace up heels are so sexy and help elongate your legs giving them a slimming effect (and I'm not complaining about it one bit!).  I think they make the perfect shoe for Valentine's Day regardless of the style, cut and color of your dress or outfit.

How are you all celebrating Valentine's Day!?!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
