As a stay at home mom that also runs her blog full time from home, my days can get pretty stressful.  I've found some tips and tricks that really help me destress my day, but sometimes I need a little help keeping centered, focused and re-energized.  The other day when I was shopping at Walmart I saw these Stressballs Stress Relief Gummies in a Day and Night blend.  They are new and only at Walmart and looked really promising so I decided to give them a try!

I love that Stressballs blends help you stress less and live more.  They help you to destress day or night to enjoy life's little moments more.  They are natural remedies made with natural ingredients like ashwagandha, lemon balm, valerian root, lavender, ginseng and melatonin to support your body in stress management.  They are drug-free, habit-free and come in a yummy gummy flavors.

If you're interested in trying out Stressballs Day or Night blend, hover over the photo above to click through and purchase them at Walmart!  Remember to always use them according to the instructions on the label.

Since it's summertime, we've been enjoying breakfast out many days of the week so I carry my Stressballs Day blend with me in my purse.  I love taking them shortly after breakfast before I get to work to help me stay centered and focused on my to-do list at hand instead of letting my mind wander all day and to re-energize from mental fatigue.  They come in a yummy citrus flavor and have no caffeine which is why I feel comfortable taking them after breakfast when I've had my morning coffee.

I take two of the gummies at a time, per the labels instructions!

Some other tips and tricks I have for stressing less throughout the day actually start the night before!  I love creating a to-do list for the next day the night before.  It helps me to see everything I need to accomplish throughout the following day and to create a plan the night before.  That way, I don't have to waste time in the morning figuring out everything I need to do that day and when/how I should do it.  I also like to avoid my emails and social media for the first 30 minutes I'm awake.  Jumping straight into work can set the tone for the rest of the day and it usually ends up setting it up for stress.  I love to enjoy the mornings with my cup of coffee and a good book to start my day off relaxed and in a good mood.

I also love to make sure I have healthy snacks on hand like almonds, peanut butter or cut up fruit and a healthy lunch planned the night before.  Fueling your body with healthy and nutritious foods can help your stamina throughout the day and help you feel more full and satisfied so you aren't reaching for junk food to help keep you going.  My last tip to help destress your days are to make sure you take at least two 15 minute breaks in addition to your lunch break to help decompress and give your mind and body a rest.  It can help you re-energize and feel refreshed for the next tasks at hand.

I found the Stressballs Day and Night blends at my local Walmart in the supplement aisle next to other sleep and melatonin products.  If you're looking to help stress less at night, which I often need to do, definitely try the Stressballs Night blend.  They can help your mind and body know it's time for rest and help calm your nerves and daily stresses that may be running through your brain late at night.  They come in a yummy berry flavor and don't leave you with any next day grogginess!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
